These 2 tournaments weren’t national tournaments but tough out of state tournament never the less. Below we give a recap of how the Texas teams faired.

Bring the Hammer had a few Texas teams of boys and girls battling it out in Arkansas. Starting with the boys, Rockwall-Heath is the highest placing team taking 3^rd place. Azle finishes with a 7^th place finish and Grapevine takes 14^th out of the 24 teams battling. The girls had 4 teams out of the 24 competing. Arlington Martin takes 3^rd place, Azle finishes 7^th, Southlake Carroll finishes 13^th, Grapevine finishes 20^th with 1 wrestler. The Texas women had 6 Champions and 2 runner ups in addition to the other top 6 placers.
