The 2025 Air Force Warfare Junior National Duals Freestyle wrapped today and Team Texas started their Freestyle journey in Pool A.

Pool A was a 12-team pool, the largest bracket out of the 4 duals.  There are 43 teams competing in the freestyle division.

Team Texas had Team South Dakota Blue in their first dual of the day with no byes. South Dakota Blue takes the dual win 46-24 which put Texas to the consolation side against Team New York.  Texas closed the gap a little but still took a loss 41-30.

This put Team Texas in the Purple bracket in a round of 5 getting 5 more duals. Texas had Virginia their first dual and took another loss.  Round 2 things changed for Texas as the got the next 2 dual wins against team South Carolina 37-31 and team Maryland 40-23.  Team Oregon narrowly got by Texas 35-32 in round 4.  Team Louisiana, they beat handedly 51-11 to take 3rd place in the purple bracket.
