Q. How long have you been wrestling for?

a. I’ve been wrestling since I was seven years old and living in New York.

Q. What life lessons has wrestling taught you/ how has it made you a better person?

a. It definitely has taught me how to work hard and earn your success. It also has taught me how to be humble and own your actions when you lose.

Q. Do you feel like you have encountered any challenges due to being a female wrestler?

a. I feel one challenge that female wrestlers face is that they are often judged more for choosing to wrestle. People assume that we can’t be girly and participate in a tough contact sport like wrestling .

Q. What do you believe to be your biggest strength when it comes to wrestling?

a. My aggressiveness. I like to break my opponent right away and beat them mentally first, then physically.

Q. With the pandemic going on, how have you kept safe during practice and tournaments?

a. Mask when we are not wrestling. We are also keeping the mats and room sanitized.

Q. What do you love most about wrestling for Woodlands College Park High School?

a. I get pushed every single day by my teammates and coaches.

Q. If you could choose to attend any and wrestle for any college/ university what school would that be and why?

a. Penn State. Of course they don’t have a woman’s wrestling program right now, but it would be awesome to wrestle at an elite wrestling school.

Q. What do you hope to study? What makes you passionate about it?

a. Architecture. I like to draw and I really appreciate historical architecture in cities.

Q. If you could have a day of training with any wrestler, male or female, dead or alive, who would it be and why?

a. Jenna Burkert. We are both from NY and I love her style of wrestling.

Q. What artists have been back-to-back on your playlist?

a. Sam Smith and Dan & Shay

Q. Any foods you cannot live without?

a. McDonalds!!!

Q. If you could have any superpower what power would that be?

a. The power to have any Superpower.

Q. If you won the lottery how would you spend it?

a. I would buy a McDonalds for an investment and then donate the rest to animal shelters.

Q. If you had to eat a crayon, what color would you choose?

a. The color red
