Kylie Hernandez of El Paso Eastlake.  Ended season 49-1.  Hernandez only loss on the year is to the 6A-95 state champ Olivia DeGeorgia.  Quality wins are over #2 Audalie Cruz of Amarillo Palo Duro (3 times), #3 Riley Morrison of Princeton, and #5 Audree Garcia of Amarillo Caprock.  This was Hernandez 1st trip to state and comes away with the championship.

Avery Ashley of Lucas Lovejoy. Ended season 29-1. Ashley’s only loss on the year was to state runner up 102-6A Mia Arceneaux of Rockwall.  Ashley’s notable wins are over the top five ranked wrestlers, #2 Kylie Robledo of El Paso Hanks, #3 Avery Martinez of Canyon Randall, #4 Odelia Lopez of Corpus Christi Ray, and #5 Mia Uvaldo of Carrollton Turner.  Ashley is a 2x state finalist and 2020 state champ.  Ranked #12 nationally.

Sarah Martinez of El Paso Eastwood.  Record of 25-3 for the year. 2 of Martinez losses are from 6A girls and the other is in the battle with #2 Victoria Nunez of El Paso Hanks where Martinez has a 2-1 record against this season with the last win coming in the state finals.  Other notable wins are over #3 Katherine Heath of Lucas Lovejoy.  Martinez is a 3x state qualifier, 2x state placer.  2018 placed 3rd and 2020 state champ.

Tabitha Wood of Frisco Independence. Record of 51-5 for the season.  All of Woods losses were at 128 except for one to nationally ranked Oklahoma wrestler Allison Hynes of Broken Arrow.  Quality wins over the state champ @ 128-5A Angelina Prado of El Paso Eastwood, #2 and nationally ranked Alexis Montes of El Paso Eastwood, #3 Tatianna Garcia of Amarillo Caprock, and #4 Annette Enciso of El Paso Hanks.  Wood’s is a 3x state qualifier, 2x state finalist finishing 2nd in 2019 and champ in 2020.   Woods is ranked #13 nationally.

Angelina Prado of El Paso Eastwood. Season record of 38-6. Prado’s hadn’t lost since the CFISD tournament getting notable wins over #2 Angelina Baltazar of El Paso Hanks, and #3 Aubrey Yauger of Burleson Centennial.  Prado is a 3x state qualifier and a 2020 state champ.  Prado is ranked #21 nationally.

Maddie Sandquist of Humble Kingwood Park.  Season record of 51-4. Sandquist had all but 1 loss to Jordan Suarex the 6A-138 state champ and #6 nationally ranked.  Sandquist notable wins are over #2 Mea Mohler of Leander Glenn who was undefeated until the state finals and #3 Daniella Brown of Houston Northside who had accounted for her 4th loss.  Sandquist is a 3x state qualifier, 2x state placer winning 4th in 2019 and state champ in 2020.  Sandquist is ranked #18 nationally.

Kayani Ayala of El Paso Burges. Record of 41-2 for the season.  Ayala has notable wins over #2 Alana Curl of New Waverly and #4 Samantha Bonilla of El Paso Eastwood.  Ayala is a 3x state qualifier and 2x state placer. Placing 4th in 2019 and a state champ in 2020.

Destiny Miles of Dallas Kimball.  Record of 46-1.  Miles only loss on the year was earlier in the season to #5 Ayanna Potter of Northwest.  Quality wins were over #2 Princess Egbuchunam of Frisco Liberty (twice) and #4 Belen Chavez of Fabens.  Miles is a 4x state qualifier and a 2x state champ.

Zoe Hankins of El Paso Parkland. Ending the season undefeated 31-0. Hankins had 30 wins by fall all within the 2nd period.  Notable wins were #2 Natalia Villegas of CC Veterans Memorial the only wrestler to go the distant with Hankins and #4 KiAundra Green of Dallas Kimball.  Hankins is a 3x state placer and 2x state finalist.  Placing 5th in 2018, 2nd in 2019, and champ in 2020.  Hankins is ranked #8 nationally.

Precious Hernandez of Donna HS.  Record of 25-1. Hernandez’s only loss was to #9 Camila Flores in the District finals.  Notable wins are over #2 Mia Epps-Hicks of Corpus Christi Ray, and #4 Autumn Bradley of Northwest.  Hernandez is a 2x state qualifier winning state for 2020.  Hernandez is ranked 25th nationally.
