Week 4 is now upon us, hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving. This week starts with getting back to some solid wrestling with teams starting to travel out of state and across Texas for different or tougher competition. In the 6A boys, #1 Allen will be traveling out of town while #2 and #3 College Park and Rockwall will be at Rockwall’s Rumble at the Rock. #1-5A boys team Melissa will dual 6A Southlake this Thursday and will be idle for the weekend. The #1-6A Eastwood girls will be in California at the Lady Saints Invitational and the #1 Georgetown 5A girls will be hosting their own duals.

Gardner Edgerton Invitational in Gardner Kansas, outside of Kansas City is where #36 (in Flo), #14(MatScouts) nationally ranked Allen boys’ team will be this weekend facing other nationally ranked teams like, Broken Arrow Oklahoma, Southeast Polk Iowa, and Liberty Missouri to name a few.
Southwest Shootout Duals going down in Rio Rancho High School in New Mexico will have 27 boy teams and 17 girl teams doing battle. Texas will have 8 boy teams and 6 girl teams making the trip. Austin Vandegrift makes the trip from Austin while El Paso Eastwood and 6 other El Paso teams follow.
Rumble at the Rock going down at Rockwall High School is one of the toughest tournaments this weekend with 4 of the top 10, 6A boy teams. 2 of the top 10 Prep teams, with 32 boy teams total and 28 girl teams. Featuring Rockwall, College Park, Arlington Martin, and Rockwall-Heath in the boy’s tournament.
Randall Ruckus going down at Canyon Randall High School will be the toughest tournament in the panhandle and will feature 39 teams traveling in from all the panhandle area, all 5 Lubbock teams, 5 New Mexico teams, 3 DFW area teams, couple from El Paso, and Cedar Park making the trip up from Austin. Garden City Kansas one of the top ranked teams makes the journey south and this is just the boys tournament. The girl’s tournament will have 33 teams themselves.
Roughrider Invitational at Roosevelt High School in San Antonio will have 28 boys and girls teams, mostly local with a couple El Paso teams coming over from the west and a coujple of Corpus teams coming from the east.
Clarkson Classic (Formally known as Ranger Round-up) is happening at Smithson Valley High School in Spring Branch. Located between Austin and San Antonio, closer to San Antonio will have 17 area teams of boys and girls
Maverick Stampede happening at Morton Ranch High School in Katy has teams coming from all over Central Texas and below. 37 boy and girls teams. Alot of top 10 ranked wrestlers from 5A and 6A will be competing here. This tournament will be one to watch.
Battle at the Woods happening at Cypress Woods High school in Houston will feature 21 boy and girl teams all from the Houston area
War Games going down at Frisco Memorial High School in DFW will have 21 teams mostly 5A schools of boys and girls with a couple of 6A teams mixed in like Katy Seven Lakes making the trip up from Houston. Benton Louisana, and Schertz Clemens coming up from the south.
Mike McCready Memorial happening at Colleyville Heritage High School will be a tough tournament for the teams competing as they are all middle of the pack ranked teams. 37 boy and 35 girl teams from all around the DFW metro area. 6A and 5A teams.
2025 Gage Memorial Tournament at Franklin High School in El Paso will have 19 area boy and girl teams, including some across the border New Mexico teams
Tony Warren Memorial Warrior Championships at South Grand Prairie High School is a small 10 team tournament going down in DFW.
B-Town Beatdown happening at the Mayborn Campus Center in Belton Texas, Belton is between Waco and Austin. This is a good-sized tournament of 29 team of boy and girl teams competing.
Cougar Classic at the Arlington ISD Athletics Center in DFW is a 19 team tournament of a lot of Dallas and Ft Worth schools. Both boy and girl teams mostly all 5A.
