This tournament isn’t as large as the others this weekend but the fact that it has 3 top 10 6A schools, 2 top 10 5A schools and 1-#1 Oklahoma School, we felt it needed attention. This is a boys only tournament with #1-5A Melissa High School hosting and #8 Lubbock Senior High rounding out the 5A schools. #4 Arlington Martin, #5 Southlake, and #8 Rockwall-Heath rounding out the 6A schools. Added to the mix also is Blackwell Oklahoma the returning state champs and #1 ranked 3A team with 10 ranked wrestlers and Claremore Oklahoma ranked #7 in 5A class with 6 ranked wrestlers. Brother Martin High School of Louisiana is always top 5 in the state and loaded with champs. Bentonville Arkansas and Bethalto (civic memorial) Illinois high schools make the trip and am sure they have some top ranked wrestlers in their state.
