Wrestler of the week.. Noah Chan of Kincaid

This week’s wrestler of the week is Noah Chan, junior from The Kinkaid School in Houston. Recently. Noah was named MOW at Prep State, where he won the 152 lb weight class. Currently the no. 6 ranked P4P wrestler in the state, Noah is no stranger to success. This is third Prep State championship and his record is 30-0. As a sophomore, he went 40-1 and placed 3rd at Prep Nationals. As a Freshman, he went 42-4 and finished top 12 at Prep Nationals.

According to his Coach Bobby Eggleston:

“Noah has been an outstanding wrestler and student since he entered Kinkaid in the 9th grade.  While Noah’s moves are lightning fast, and his strength is unquestionable, it is his intensity and dedication to making himself and his teammates better that really makes him stand out above so many others.  Noah trains hard and wrestles to win, but he does it with class, not to embarrass.  Noah has become the face of Texas Wrestling, and he has been a great ambassador for the sport of wrestling as well as The Kinkaid School.”
