This weekend a must see match will be at the NWCA All Star Classic where in the Womens match we will see a 2016 state finals rematch between Charlotte Fowler and Maria Vidales at the 109 weight class. Vidales edged Fowler in that match 5-4 for the State Championship.
Maria Vidales wrestles for Emmanual College formerly from Dallas Skyline and Charlotte Fowler wrestles for Campbellsville University formerly of Katy Cinco Ranch. Both wrestlers have excelled in their college careers so it will be an great match to watch.
A couple of Wayland Baptist women will be there as well. Gabriela Ramos-Diaz @ 123 will face Dominique Parrish of Simon Parrish and Brittany Marshall @ 170 will face Mariah Harris of Campbellsville.
The Monster Match Nationals will be going down in Denver Colorado and although they dont release the wrestler list it normal for a lot of the west Texas clubs to make the journey.
Locally here in Texas there is only 2 tournament on the schedule. The Klein High Takedown Tournament being held at the Spring Klein Wrestling Club. The other is the Maverick Invitational in Amarillo being held at the Carter Fitness Center.
