Week 4 Tournaments

As we start the Month of December the tournaments get more plentiful as wrestling is in full swing, only a few football players still missing, those in the playoffs.  Teams start their major traveling out of state looking for that NEW tough competition.  The latest rankings are out showing the latest changes.  With over 20 high school tournaments going down this weekend there will be plenty of wrestling to keep up with for us wrestling fans.

This weekend, over 20 tournaments are scheduled, highlighting the sport’s popularity and competitive spirit. Among the notable out-of-state events is the Southwest Shootout Duals in New Mexico, featuring seven El Paso teams, and the Gardner Edgerton Invitational in Kansas, where the top-ranked team Allen and other state champions from various states will compete.

In Oklahoma, the Blanchard High School Invitational will host Keller Timbercreek as the sole Texas team.

The Maverick Stampede in Texas and Rumble at the Rock near Dallas will showcase top teams and are expected to be highly competitive. Other notable tournaments include the Rumble by the Border in Hidalgo, Texas, the Mike McCready Memorial in Colleyville, Texas, and various local and regional competitions throughout Texas. These events display a mix of team strengths and highlight the depth of talent in high school wrestling.
