Ty-Rae Carter is Wrestlingtexas Wrestler of the Week. Carter representing Texas A&M University at the NCWA National Championships made his 2nd consecutive finals appearance and this time coming away with the Championship over the same wrestler whom had lost to last year in the finals. This makes the 1st National Championship for Carter a Houston Westside High School alum.
