The late-season staple. The last tournament before the State Run, Districts start this week and this is the last chance to perfect moves, get in mat shape, and shake off any mat rust you may have from coming back from an injury. Your last preparation before Districts. Approximately 256 High School wrestlers will start the Journey toward a state title this week. The Ridge is the last stop before you get on that train. It was nice to get to the tournament and not have dogs in the fight. I could walk around and talk to friends and not worry about anything other than the actual matches.
