Team Texas Junior Women Session 1

Session 1 is in the books for the Team Texas Junior Women in Fargo.   19 Junior women are still on the championship side of the bracket.  18 of the girls didn’t make it going 0-2 or 1-2.  15 are in the consolation side, and 1 is in the quarter finals already.  The brackets although are going by the USA seeding criteria,  didn’t look closely at the national rankings done by the same USA Wrestling.    The round of 16 and the quarter finals could potentially be finals matches based off the rankings.  However for the girls to be National champs they got to beat everyone in their path regardless of where they meet.
All the topped ranked Texas wrestlers are still on the championship side.
