HEARTLAND USA NATIONAL ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND GIRLS DUALS.
Heartland Duals being held in Council Bluff Iowa at the Mid America Center is expecting 40 elementary teams, 38 middle school teams, and 20 women’s teams. Team Texas has put together 2 teams for each division of state champs and state placers from around the state. Appears the champs from around the state are finally coming together to give Team Texas its best possible chances of winning with only a few open spots to forfeit in the middle school and none in the elementary teams with only one open weight in the girls. The teams were put together evenly as best they could so there isn’t a true A or B team this year. All teams should be of equal strenth as they are loaded with champs. Weigh ins will be tonight with wrestling starting on Saturday at 8am. Teams will be wrestling in pools on Saturday to determine the championship brackets on Sunday. Looks like Flo Wrestling will be covering the event

TEAM SCHEDULE
Friday, April 12th
8:00am Arrive in Omaha, Nebraska. Morning Workout Session at Powerhouse Wrestling Club 100 Power Dr. Council Bluffs, IA 51501.
10:00am Go check into the hotel.
4:30pm Bus departs for weigh-ins that are from 5:00-8:00 pm. As soon as everyone has made weight, we will load up on the bus and head back to the hotel.
7:00pm Dinner at the hotel
10:00pm Lights out!
Saturday, April 13th
5:30am Breakfast
6:00am Bus departs for the venue. Doors open at 6:30
8:00am Wrestling begins; check with your coach when to eat your sack lunch
5:00pm Wrestling ends
7:00pm Dinner at the hotel
10:00pm Lights out!
Sunday, April 14th
5:30am Breakfast

4:00pm Wrestling ends
Once wrestling concludes, we will hand out awards, get pictures and then load up around 4pm the bus departs to Justin, Texas and we will arrive EARLY Monday (5-7am) morning. ***This is subject to change***
