Amarillo area Boys traveled out to Las Vegas for the USA Wrestling Asics Post Season Nationals and claimed All American Status,
Taygen Smith wrestled at 152lb and got a fall in the finals to win the Championship,
Zach Diaz from the Boys Ranch lost his first match of the day and battled all the way back through for a true 2nd, beating the guy he lost to first round.
Branson Taylor lost his first round and battled all the way back to 3rd place, and by rule couldnt claim a true 2nd
Talon Erwin lost in the quarter finals and than redeemed himself with a win for 3rd place over the same guy,
Also A couple of El Paso Boys Joey Frescas and Joshua Jimenez, both from El Paso Westside Wizards all-americaned. Joey lost in the championship and won the challenge and Joshua lost his first match and came to take 5th.
