Super 32 Results, Lawler takes 3rd.

12 Texas High School wrestlers made the journey to the Super 32 Challenge in Greensboro Coliseum Greensboro, NC with some high expectations.  This years Super 32 was one of the toughest 32’s in the last few years per mat talk with over 240 state champions.  Brackets  for the boys weight classes 120 thur 145 had to go to the 256 man brackets to accommodate the large amount of wrestlers entered which filled up in 4 hours at registration.  After day one, Colin Lawler was the lone Texan standing.  Noah Chan was injured in his last match and was carted out on a stretcher, hope all is well with him.

Day 2 saw Texas girls go into action in the first year of having womens Super 32 Wrestling at the event with over 140 women wrestlers registered the  first year.   Olivia Mottley @ 115 and Hunter Robinson @ 139.  Hunter Robinson took a 6th place finish and Olivia Mottley took a 5th place finish.

Colin Lawler also started the day off in the quarter finals where he dropped a close 3-2 decision then fought his way back to a 3rd place finish.
