Schreiner University sent some of their women wrestlers to compete in the Emmanuel Open in Franklin Springs, GA this weekend for their 1st ever tournament for the University.

Nine Mountaineer Freshman went to their First college tournament at the Emmanuel Open, six of them place!!??With three in the consolation finals wrestling for third and three wrestling for fifth! …..And two of our best wrestlers, not quite getting it done today. Big things to come from this group of freshman no doubt!
Other Texas women where there as well with their various colleges. Maria Vidales of Dallas/Emmanuel College won the championship @ 109.
