Nia Miranda is Wrestlingtexas Wrestler of the Week, Miranda was the lone Team Texas Cadet National Champion at the USA Women’s Cadet National Championships in Fargo last month, at the 144lb weight class. Miranda was part of a 2nd team place finish for the Cadet Women, the best finish a Texas Team has ever had.
Miranda is a 1st year wrestler for Houston Cypress Ranch for Head Coach Chris Potter and Asst Coach Bill Durning, and will start her sophomore season atop the rankings when they are published this fall.
