Thirteen Southwest Conference Wrestlers Awarded Academic All-American

ALLEN, TX – The National Wrestling Coaches Association in conjunction with the National Collegiate Wrestling Association (NCWA) recently awarded thirteen NCWA Southwest Conference wrestlers as Academic All-Americans. The recipients are non-freshman students with a grade-point average greater than 3.25 and who qualified for the NCWA National Championships held in Allen, TX this past weekend. These wrestlers truly embody the spirit of the student-athlete, demonstrating success both on the mat and in the classroom.
