Mat Bash at Northwest High School this weekend

The 5th annual Mid Summer Mat Bash will feature 21 teams from around the country split into three pools of 8. Each team is guaranteed at least 12 duals throughout the weekend.  Live coverage will be on www.flowrestling.org starting at 8am on Friday July 29th and the Tournament is list on trackwrestling.   I dont have a list of wrestlers per team but if everyone on the list shows up with their best wrestlers,  this has the makings of a great tournament and tough competition.  Weight Classes are at the bottom along with location and address
