Let’s Celebrate Texas Wrestling and get together with old Teammates!!

Texas has celebrated it’s fiftieth year in High School Wrestling, and in the past ten years participation has exploded.  We are now the fourth largest state in terms of total number of High School wrestlers, 200 behind New York!

Wrestlers in Business is teaming up the National Collegiate Wrestling Association (NCWA) to celebrate Texas wrestling by providing area teams with suites at the NCWA National Tournament for High School Reunions. Teams like St. Marks, RL Turner, and Highland Park have been around for 40-50 years.  We have all lost touch with our coaches and teammates who meant so much to us long ago.  This is a great opportunity to get together again.  This is available to any High School wishing to put together a reunion. The NCWA is a Texas born Organization and now boasts more teams than the NCAA.

We have access to twenty suites at the Allen Event Center from March 12thto the 14th.  The cost of a suite is $250-$350 per session, but comes with 10 tickets for a cost of $25-$35 per person.   The cost per ticket after that is $10 a ticket.  So, the total per person coat is $20-$25 per person if you have 15 people.  Reservations are on a first come first served basis.  There are three evening sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Preliminaries, semi-finals, and finals.

To reserve your suite, go to ncwanationals.org, Click on “Secure Suite tickets here”, and then click “tickets”.  Up will come all the available suites, their prices, the tickets included, and how many suites are remaining.

It is up to you to order food and drinks.  The Allen Event Center Staff has a menu that we will distribute to you once you have reserved your suite.

Our goals are to help drive attendance at the NCWA Tournament as we try to make it the largest attended wrestling tournament in the South.  We may not succeed this year, but that is our long-term goal.
