Jordan Johnston Becomes NCWWC All-American For Schreiner University

The National Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championship took place in Ohio this weekend and two Schreiner wrestlers competed in it.

Alina Kinsey qualified at 116 and Jordan Johnston at 143. Kinsey won her first round match then dropped two bowing out in the second consolation round.

After a bye then loss in the quarterfinals, Jordan Johnston met up with Savannah Hisel in the bloodround. Johnston won by tech fall and ultimately finished 8th and as an All-American for the Mountaneers.

The team finished 16th overall.
