Here We Go, High School Tournaments on Tap

Wrestling folkstyle season kicks off in full force this weekend with tournaments all over the STATE.  Wrestlingtexas will be covering the Arlington Martin Invite, 17th Annual Cy Ridge Classic, and the Big 12 Duals.  We still are looking for more photographers to cover the state wide action so if interested send email to [email protected].

1. Arlington Martin Warrior Invite, JV, Boys and Girls @ Martin High School in Arlington.  A good mixture of 5A, 6A and several Prep Schools with Airline high school of  Louisiana. San Antonio MacAuthur is on the list as well.
2. 17th Annual Cy Ridge Classic, Boys and Girls @ Cypress Ridge High School in Houston.  list shows big mix of local Houston Metro schools.
3. 2018 Arlington Invite, JV, Boys and Girls @ Arlington High School in Arlington.  Mostly the south and west of DFW schools with Allen attending.
4. 10th Annual Heath Invitational, JV, Boys and Girls @ Rockwall/Heath High School in Heath.  Mixture of DFW teams both 5A and 6A with Killen Shoemaker making the trip up.
5. Big 12 Duals @ Cinco Ranch High School in Katy.  No teams listed on trackwrestling.
6. Panther Invitational, Boys and  Girls @ Northside High School in Houston.  Mainly all 5A local Houston schools.
7. 2018 Knights Invitational, JV, Boys and Girls @ Clear Falls High School in League City.  More local Houston schools mainly with some prep teams.
8. Cinco Ranch Big 12 Invitational, JV, Boys and Girls @ Cinco Ranch High School in Katy.  This tournament isnt that large but has some heavy hitters like Brothers Martin from New Orleans, Dripping springs, Bryan HS and local prep teams with of course Katy High School.
9. Cougar Duals @ the Colony High School in The Colony. 6 teams with Argyle, Bishop Lynch, Frisco Wakeland, Wylie, Lake Highlands, and The Colony.
10. Mustang Invitational, Boys and Girls @ Lamar Academy in McAllen.  South teams that arent at the Warpath.
11. Richardson Round up @ Richardson High School in Richardson.   A 12 team tournament with area DFW schools.
12. Battle by the Bay, boys and Girls @ CC Miller High School in Corpus Christi.  Bay area teams with some San Antonio and Victoria.
13. St Marks Season Opening Team Duals @ Spencer Gymnasium  in Dallas.  Small dual meet.
14. Timber Creek Classic, JV, Boys and Girls @ Timber Creek High School in Ft Worth.  Smaller tournament.
15. Rookie Takedown Tournament, Boys and Girls @ Dallas Spruce High School in Dallas.  All the dallas ISD Schools mainly.
16. Montwood Madness in El Paso (not on trackwrestling). Appears to be all the El Paso teams both 5A and 6A excluding Pebble Hills.
17. Warpath Invitational, Boys and Girls @ Donna North High School in Donna Tx.  Alot of the 5Aand 6A teams from the south.
18. Coppell Round Up, Boys and Girls @ Coppell High School in Coppell.  Small tournament with 6 teams listed. Azle, Frisco Centennial and Heritage, Northwest, Skyline, and Coppell.
