Donavan Whitted Commits to Presbyterian College

Donavan “Donny” Whitted a Senior this season at Arlington Martin High School who had originally verbally committed to Old Dominion University, a Division 1 school located in Virginia had to pick another school because Old Dominion University cancelled their wrestling program. Presbyterian College another Division 1 school gets the new recruit. Whitted will join fellow team mate Dominic Chavez whom starts his freshman season this year.   Whitted is a 6A-106, and 6A-126 Texas State champ, freestyle state champ, and NHSCA Sophomore National Champion.  Whitted also finished 1st at the Mid-America Nationals in Oklahoma and placed 2nd in both the Bethlehem Holiday Tournament in Pennsylvania and is Geary Tournament Champions in Oklahoma this past season as well.  Whitted is considered a top 150 recruit in the class of 2021 both by Flowrestling and Rofkin.  Whitted projects as a 131/141lber for Presbyterian College.
