The Super 32 concluded this weekend and like always lives up to the hype of bing the toughtest tournament in the nation. This year we had 37 Texas wrestlers make the journey to the east coast. The high school boys didn’t have much luck in their division as it was loaded with top 20 nationally ranked wrestlers. Most of the boys went 0-2 while some did get a couple of wins before making their exit. Drake Madole of Allen wrestling HWT made it to the 2nd day of wrestling and Caio Aron of College Park wrestling at 120 managed out 4 wins.
Now the girls on the other hand had a lot better performance with 4 placers. Fargo placer Alicen Dillard is the lone champion, while Caitlyn Flaherty and Alexis Montes both took a 3rd place finish with Mariah Dillard taking a 6th place finish.
The middle school wrestlers had one placer in Steel Meyers achieving a 5th place finish and Tate Russell placing 6th in the elementary division.
