Bo Nickal Dominates MMA Debut

Allen alum Bo Nickal made his MMA debut on Friday night in Pensacola vs. David Conley.

It didn’t take the three-time NCAA champion long to finish Conley. Bo took Conley down early and hooked up a choke. Conley was actually able to fight off the first submission attempt and get to his back. While Conley was in the guard position Bo rained down shots as he grounded and pounded Conley.

Conley got back to his feet where Nickal quickly took him down again and hooked up an arm-triangle choke which knocked out Conley with about a minute left in the first round.

With the win, Nickal moves to 1-0 in his MMA career that is sure to see many more in the future.
