Saturday Utah Valley had a BIG 12 conference dual with Northern Iowa and at the 133lb bout was a match up of 3x Texas state champ Jack Skudlarczyk vs 2x Texas state champ Isaiah Delgado. It was a close fought battle with the win going to Delgado 6-2.
Skudlarczyk and Delgado never met in the Texas State finals. Skudlarczyk was state champ in 2014 @ 106, 2016 @ 120, and 2017 @ 126. This is Skudlarcsyk’s 2nd year at Northern Iowa. Delgado was state champ in 2016 @ 106 and 2017 @ 113. This is Delgado’s 1st year at Utah Vally
