NFL Great Randy White was on hand to give out several awards for accomplishments to Texas Coaches, Athletes, Hall of Famers and Supporters after the exhibition matches that were put on before the Pan Am Olympic Qualifier Mens Freestyle Finals here in Frisco. It was quite a list.
1st to be recognized was Allen Coach Jerry Best for his 8 straight Dual State Championships, and 7 straight UIL State Championships.
2nd was Frisco Liberty Coach Jason Thurston for winning this years 5A Dual State Championship.
3rd was Asssistant Head Coach for Frisco Liberty Tim Brennan
4th was Coach Jake Jackson from Frisco Centennial for 2 consecutive State UIL Titles and a runner up finish this year
5th was Wrestling Legend and 2x World Champ Andre Metzger
6th was Frisco Bombers Club Head Coach Rich Vitale
7th was Coach Todd Olson from Team Punisher, an up and coming Club
8th was Chris Brennan “The Westside Strangler” is a MMA Hall of Famer
9th was Guy Metzer a Kickboxer and Martial Arts fighter from Houston
10th was J.D. Shelly Owner and Head Instructor NDMMA
