Anthony Ferrari of Best Trained is Wrestling Texas Wrestler of the Week. A lot of wrestlers went undefeated in the tournament this past weekend, some even went undefeated the whole weekend without having a point scored against them. BUT what put Anthony Ferrari above the rest was not the 57-0 score in his combined 5 matches tech falling everyone in the 1st period. It was the fact that Ferrari had been out of wrestling for 5 months, with shoulder and knee injuries. He got back on the mat Monday, the week of Freestyle State and had only 5 days of practice. Wrestling freshman and sophomores who were UIL state placers as well being just an 8th grader.
