Autumn Vasquez
While some El Paso teams headed out to Las Cruces, NM, many teams stayed behind to compete at the Riverside Lone Star Classic. The tournament hosted 13 teams and had a total of 151 wrestlers participating. Most of the tournament consisted of 5A teams, but there were a few 6As in the mix such as Americas, Eastlake, and Socorro.
Americas came out on top, winning both the boy’s and girl’s tournaments. Outstanding performance Trailblazers!
