At 56 kg/123.25 lbs., Alexandria Liles of Allen, Texas opened with a pair of victories, stopping Krystsina Sazykina of Belarus, 8-2 and Johanna Lindborg of Sweden, 6-1. She fell in the quarterfinals to Shabnam Ahmadova of Azerbaijan, 0-2. When Ahmadova lost in the semifinals, Liles did not qualify for repechage.
