Is everyone ready for some Texas Wrestling? This weekend begins high school wrestling in full force. Now like always with football still happening and entering the playoffs a lot of teams may not have their superstars and most of the big guys on the ranking list from both 5A and 6A won’t see no action. Below we start week one with all the tournaments and where to catch the action you might want to see.

Panther Invitational

Hillcrest High School in Dallas both boys and girls with 20 teams mainly all 5A schools with a few 6A mixed in with St Marks being the only Prep school. All teams from the DFW area.

Andy Garcia Empire Invitational

Eldorado High School in El Paso consisting of 16 area El Paso teams both 5A and 6A and both boys and girls, with 1 New Mexico team crossing the border.
