2018 Womens Nationals USA Story Texans Highlighted

Highly credentialed stars litter Women’s Nationals field set for this weekend in Irving, Texas

Registration closed last night for this weekend’s Women’s Nationals in Irving, Texas, and the field is full of hammers.

This weekend’s tournaments in the Cadet and Junior divisions will determine the World Teams at those levels. Also, all Junior champions qualify for next week’s Senior World Team Trials in Rochester, Minn.

The event starts Friday with UWW Juniors prelims. Junior finals and Cadet prelims are set for Saturday with Cadet finals on Sunday. Brackets and live streaming can be found on Flowrestling.org.

  • 43 kg Cadet – Emily Shilson, 2017 Cadet World silver
  • 65 kg Cadet – Alara Boyd, 2017 Cadet World silver and 2016 Cadet World bronze
